After opening the lightly fenced house you meet a 30 sqm. outdoor space with partly stone floor and deck with sitting area. The front is made from glass windows and doors allowing light to enter. Above is a L-shaped pergola that stops heat from entering in the summer and gives shade to a sitting and dining/BBQ area outside. As you step inside you meet a large cool room with kitchen bar. A net door separates the real front door from the outside allowing a nice breeze when the screen door is kept open. Once you enter this apartment the first thing you notice is the view. In front of you is a kitchen that becomes a dining area that becomes a balcony facing directly at sun and moon rising. The kitchen contain cooking equipment like oven, cooker, micro ect., fridge and washing machine.

From the kitchen you decent half a floor down a short staircase, into a bedroom with a panoramic view of the mountains, the city and the Sea. The full wood details make this apartment warm and cosy. The third apartment is located higher and therefore has an even more spectacular view. As you enter from the staircase door you are instantly met with the view as you come in. The balcony is covered with a new white pergola making the night here an amazing space that gives you that metropolitan view of a pulsating city shining night light.
As you go half a level up from the living room you get to the kitchen that enjoys the same spectacular view while you cook. From the kitchen a door leads to the back where the bedroom and bathroom are located. The bedroom is facing west staying dark in the morning and gets the sunset.
Like the rest this apartment includes all kitchen appliances, washing machine, tv ect. and handmade furniture and wood details making this apartment very warm with one of the best views in town.

Generally about Eilat
Eilat is the most southern city of Israel on the Red Sea. The Red Sea is known for amazing tropic reefs and sea life, being the northern tip of the Indian Ocean. It attracts divers and marine biologists from all over the world to explore the water world, thanks to the perfect underwater visibility.

Water sports is popular too in this calm bay, including snorkelling, diving, kite surfing ect.
The west side above the city contains the Eilat mountains and the king Solomon mountain, the Red Canyon, with the Wadis trails popular for hiking and camping in the desert.

Eilat has a tourist area with hotels that supply a steady income to the city and keeps the real estate market stable for long term investment.
